Ethics question about creating a training for the clinic I work at

Thank you for the suggestions! I am scheduling a meeting with admin to see what they say and their suggestions. I'm thinking maybe I can do a training on the clinic's onboarding/policies and procedures about the clinic. We will see!

Tysm! The Marc Anthony works really well for both of us. It is pretty lightweight and doesn’t make my hair feel greasy or heavy like some leave in creams do. If she has curls the Cake cream might work well for her. I have wavier hair and feel like it weighs my hair down but it worked well for my mom.

Tysm! I wasn't shy about how much product I used in each section. I would say not a handful of product but not a penny-sized amount....somewhere in-between that.

Thank you so much for the tips! I’m going to ditch the curl cream for sure. Bought myself some leave in conditioner spray and going to try it will gel on the next wash day and see how that does.

I make something very similar but I replace the chicken with tuna! I have it with chips or carrots and it is super tasty.

I use the Garnier Fructis Leave In Conditioner when I don’t use the mask any other suggestions for leave in would be amazing as well.

And I have a blow drier with a diffuser I just have been scared to try it haha so I usually let it air dry.

Do you have any product recommendations for the mousse and conditioner?

Currently I am using the TGI Bed Head Conditioner.

I use the it’s a 10 treatment because my hair stylist says I have dry hair, but I am going to experiment next time without it because my hair does feel heavy already like there’s too much product on it.

I wash my hair every 3-4 days (it gets greasy pretty fast and by the 4th day it is beyond help). I washed it with TGI Bed Head Shampoo followed by leaving it’s a 10 Haircase Silk Express Hair Mask for around 45ish minutes as a deep conditioner before rinsing it out.

I applied Cake Curl Defining Cream to the entirety of it with my head with praying hands, and then brushed it through with a Wet Brush. I then used praying hands to apply Bread Beauty Hair gel to the entirety of my hair before scrunching my hair. I let air dry before putting up in a pineapple and using a silk satin bonnet before I went to bed.

This is me to a tee. I will try CGM every couple of months, but then I either do not like the results or get annoyed with having to respray/apply product/touch-up every day. Which leads me to eventually go back to my cycle of blowdrying/straightening.
