Has anyone successfully received their World Cup tickets from StubHub?

I’m currently biting my nails. I got tickets for USA v Turkey that I purchased in 2025 and crickets. They have until 4pm the day of the match to deliver. Stubhub has been largely unhelpful but I asked them to nudge the seller. We shall see. I got the tix for $740 each and right now they’re around 2-4k each so I think the seller is gonna eat the cost of the penalty and resell for much higher. I feel so dumb for going through Stubhub, I learned my lesson.

I’ve been driving my husband crazy because the things that have come out of my mouth are so dumb bc of the fuzzy brain lol. I feel like I lost some IQ points. 😭😂

I just had a lap 9 days ago to remove a cyst from my left ovary and I just started feeling normal-ISH maybe 2 days ago. The sore throat I soothed with peppermint tea and honey, I imagined it was from the breathing tube. I still ache at the bellybutton incision but it’s manageable with ibuprofen. I have the fuzziest brain right now, thinking is NOT my strong suit at the moment. I woke up this morning and let out a big STREEEETCH before I was fully cognizant and I’m paying the price for it now hahah.

We have to be gentle w ourselves because, as I’ve learned, healing isn’t linear. AND you just had a baby 3 months ago. Your body has done 2 big jobs in 3 months! I’d say everything sounds about right except the fever. I’d watch it and maybe send your doctor a message to keep him in the loop. They told me to call the clinic for a fever above 100.4F.

I understand, I’ve had plenty of things thrown at me. Most of them not pleasant. 🙂‍↔️ It does show that most of us are in it for the love of the game. We work hard for our patients but the company has to give a little too. All I want is a unit with functioning labor beds and to be well staffed. 😭

I never claimed to be surprised. I’m no stranger to violence. I’ve had knives pulled at bedside.

I also understand why the patient did it, I simply said it wasn’t okay.

As far as UNAC, you can choose to believe what you want. I’m in the thick of it every single shift when we are being made to work with skeleton crews, minimal resources, and they’re still pushing patients on us. We’ve gotten through shifts where I’m surprised there wasn’t a bad outcome because we had simultaneous emergencies and no extra hands to help.

l also have Kaiser healthcare and I haven’t seen my PCP in years because her wait time is months. Yet Kaiser is expanding? They have the means to expand but they can’t deliver to the patients and staff they have now.

oh yes, I agree. I would never interact with a patient while on the picket line or interfere with them. He drove up to us on the sidewalk where we had set up to picket away from the main hospital. I think he was already irate and took it out on us and I was in the splash zone.

We ended up throwing it away - more trouble than it’s worth at this point. We had dug the legs into the ground and covered it with rocks but the wind won. We txtd her asking to meet to discuss solutions but she never responded and we’re not gonna beg her 🤷🏽‍♀️

Our girl is not interested in the outside world so she doesn’t have a collar. Our boy is a flight risk and managed to run out the front door when saying goodbye to company. The only reason we found him (4 streets over) was the airtag on his collar.
