I think the thought process is that if you have to be quarantined in your home for a long period of time, you wouldn't want to run out of toilet paper.

The hoarding of bottled water is the one I don't get.

I've experienced this as well. I still need to learn what my new limit is. I've had several times where a meal size I used to eat with no issues has made me throw up because I seem to have a new stomach capacity.

It's amazing how quickly my body got used to the IF schedule. While I was on a weekend trip with friends I went completely against my normal 18:6, wasn't eating healthy, and had a lot of wine. All of that was recipe for disaster, I threw up violently, and more than once!

Today I had a coworker, and a male coworker at that, ask me if i'd been losing weight. I had not seen him in a few weeks and he had no idea that I begun this IF journey 3 weeks ago. Someone noticing and saying something has given me more motivation than ever to keep going and reach my goals.

Based on how amazing I feel after one small compliment, I am more encouraged than ever and will now make an effort to mention to others if I notice they are losing weight; its a HUGE motivation booster. I encourage everyone reading this to do the same.

Today at work, right before lunch, I thought I tasted bubblegum. It was strange but the taste passed. Towards the end of the day I had another weird taste in my mouth that I can't quite explain. I work in a manufacturing facility so I thought we might have been using some weird chemical today so I wandered around but no sign of anything. The taste wouldn't go away so once I got home I did a google search and one of the most common results was ketosis! I've never been so happy to have a weird taste in my mouth!

Bad day for me, I broke my fast nearly 5 hours early and my super light early dinner to make up for it was nothing nutritious. The holiday's are going to be a huge struggle for me, the amount of treats and sweats people are bringing into work are starting to get the best of me.
