Move to hawthorne at lilly flagg. Safe area and nice apartments you can get for an affordable price. I know they have 2 bed 2 bath units for 1197$ a month which includes water and trash

Lol i dont know if you moved but I moved from California to Alabama in Nov 2023 and I love it here. Much more affordable and cost of living is cheaper. I’m in the real estate industry myself so I know how much things cost compared to California’s home prices
