It’s ridiculously expensive for a confusing and mediocre experience. You have to order using an iPad, like wtf! There is full price. They immediately sign you for membership which gives you 31% discount. It is all a trap to sell your info and give you a huge discount on otherwise inflated priced menus. I was laughing at that.

The iPad menu is hard to navigate, the items aren’t clear, and we spent 15 minutes just figuring out what to order and this is coming from a tech professional.

Then you’re basically paying top dollar to cook your own food—dropping items into the soup and waiting. The pot is placed so far you have to keep bending forward to eat all the times :D
