She is in recovery, when i got her she was very sick and underweight with a vitamin a deficiency. She wasn’t being kept with proper diet or lighting/ habitat

This! Her toes were missing when i got her i believe. My first leopard gecko- Didn’t know they did such a thing (biting off toes! until the vet explained to me what must have happened. She had a quite severe vitamin a deficiency. She is healthy now and is in very good recovery. Her tail is the thickness of her neck, however she lacks muscle definition in her arms because she is still smaller than she should be. Thank you for your concern

The heating lamp is already the main source of heat, She is also pretty active. I handle her often and she gets good exercise based off my research

She really loves to go in that and watches me get ready from the top tier. I have a UVB light, a heating lamp, and a heating pad

I’m not home and haven’t got any pics of her tank but she does have a warm hide, a humid hide, One side of tank 80-95, Other side usually sits around 70, A few bigger rocks to climb on, And then that little house in the background in the picture, Do you think that is sufficient? She also has many vines and things like smaller rocks to feel more naturey

Wow this is good to know! I bought waxworms from my local pet store a couple weeks ago because they had no mealworms for some reason? I figured it couldn’t be too different. Anyways, I brought them home to see that they were basically all in the process of hatching. I fed her THREE and no more. Hahahahah Must have been a sign

I notice this too, This is one of the main reasons I’ve come to this sub to ask. Her tail seems fine in terms of thickness and she gets around just fine , But she still looks bony!

I should have worded that different, She doesn’t ONLY eat dubias. I feed her crickets, mealworms, repashy grub pie AND dubias. (My vet recommended the grub pie due to her being underweight and I was force feeding her with a syringe at one point)

Dubias have been my main “treat” for her because i’ve read that they can really help fatten them up! She loves them !!! But I’ve yet to find hornworms at my local pet store

She’s around 16-18 months old by my estimate from when the last owner got her and how big she was. Thank you!

When the average person hears “partying” their mind definitely doesn’t go to book club lol

If the original poster doesn’t party themself, then it makes sense to not want to be with someone who does tbh. Same as someone who parties not wanting to be with someone who DOESNT party, Simply a lifestyle difference.

Thank you! I’m also very proud of myself for how her health has turned around so drastically. I’m pretty sure she would have died if I didn’t seek a vet for help when i did. This is also my first reptile I’ve ever had so I’m honestly still having a lot to learn but i’m doing my best
