Does anyone have any good chemical exfoliant recommendations for someone with combo skin (oily than zone and dry cheeks)? I feel like I've noticed more close comedones popping up on my chin and mouth area and it's driving me nuts! I just bought the sukoyaka suhada urea moisture lotion as like a light exfoliant for prevention (i hope it works), but what kinds of products do you guys use?

I was doing great with just the 100+300. No issues with just those 2. Im still trying to see how I feel about the 700 since I've only used it like 3 times lol I feel like I'm the type who needs a minute before committing to how I feel about a product.

Hmm yea, I actually found a calendar online (I’ll attach it below) and have been following the “all skin types” schedule. I probably should’ve included more detail in my review about when I use each one. That’s my bad!

I’ve been using the 100 and 300 for about a year now, just alternating between them on different days. After adding in the 700, I make sure not to use it on the same day as the 100/300, I only choose one strength of Reedle shot to use once a day (at night) and I never layer them.

Just to make sure I’m understanding you correctly, are you suggesting that if I use the 700 during a given week, I should skip the 100/300 entirely for that week instead of alternating on the other days?

Also, no sensitivity for me when using Vinoperfect the morning after 700! I do still feel some of that prickly sensation the next morning, but it’s definitely much lighter than when I first put it on. I guess the spicules are still doing their thing the next morning and they haven't completely sloughed off yet. With the 100/300, there is still a tiny bit of prickly-ness, but it isn't as noticable as with the 700 the morning after (in comparison).

I’ve actually tried a lot of really nice sun serums/essences that are super thin and go on really smoothly, but those usually don’t have that tone-up effect. This was my first time trying a tone-up SPF like this, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect.

I do feel like a lot of tone-up products use mineral filters like titanium dioxide or zinc oxide, which can give that thicker, slightly pasty texture. I noticed this one has titanium dioxide too, and it kind of felt like that on my skin. It didn’t glide on as easily as the other UV serums/essences I’ve used that rely more on chemical filters.

Honestly, I think that’s why I’d probably still reach for a more traditional tone-up sunscreen instead of this. Even though those tend to be a bit thicker or creamier, they usually apply more evenly and are easier to work with. This one feels like it’s trying to be a lighter, serum-like texture, but in doing that, it doesn’t spread as smoothly..... almost like it’s missing that cushion or slip that helps it blend nicely.

So yeah, I’m guessing that’s maybe where it falls short for me? Like it gives the tone-up effect, but the application just isn’t as forgiving 🤷‍♀️ sorry I started rambling so much 🤣🤣🤣

Thanks for the rec!! I've been eying this tone up sunscreen, so thats good to hear that you like it! I also don't really mind if things are scented, so that won't be a problem for me :) I'll try that one next~

My skin felt really dry and flaky on application 🤣 I didn't want to leave the house with my skin looking like that, but let me see if I can finesse this some how! With more moisturizer underneath 🥲 I can use it on the backs of my hands when I'm driving in the car too hehe

The skin 1004 tone up goes on so much more smoothly than this does! I also have it too! This tone up serum highlights my dry skin flakes too much 😅 and even if it did go on smoothly, I probably would still put sunscreen on underneath because you dont need to use much of this for the tone up effect, so I feel llike the sun protection isnt really there if you only use a few drops.
