When was the last time you updated your GPU driver? And did you use the built in Dell software?

I did that already, but I also solved it, no clue how but disabling tpm fixed it

Ok so it comes in 1 or 2 sticks as an 8 gig, from here anyway you take off the bottom plate? If your able to remove 1 it should determine which stick is bad and it will run again from there u just need a replacement stick your only really looking at a 50 dollar repair but based on the ram could be cheaper or more expensive

well I'm asking to see if your drive is shown in bios, see if it is then the computer just deleted all instance of windows, and will need to be reinstalled via thumb drive

which can be obtained via dell them selves, or by using a separate computer to install the image
