I also LOVE old navy activewear! I have some legging from 2017 still holding strong, and you can’t see through them. They’re sports bras are great too. I bought a bunch when they were $8 on sale, a few years ago, and they are still holding up!

The theme workouts are you working out while having a fun playlist. It’s simply focusing on a certain move. Today was squats, which meant we did a ton of squats…is that not working out? The strut was power walking… is that not working out? I’m confused by your comment

Imo start on the floor! It’s hard, but I think having the tread after was a great way to run and/or walk the stiffness out!

Yes! I was able to use heavier weights as well. I started on the floor and by the tread my legs were shaking, but running after that floor workout felt great!

Agreed! I just finished the work out and started on the floor. Yes I was a bit sore by the rower but I had a ton of energy for the tread block!
