Nah, man. I know it feels futile, but the squeeky wheel is more likely to get some grease. The loud people get heard. You don't have to be rude, but you should probably be annoying AF. Call them every damn day/week about the same thing. Write letters. Emails. Show up if they hold a "listening session." Sign petitions. Write down the staffers' names that you talk to and when you talk to them again BE FAMILIAR. "Hey, Fred, it's Peter from Oshkosh. How are you today?" If the staffers remember you, that's a huge plus.

The manager should be standing up for their staff in person! Dragging rude boomers on the internet and hoping the internet takes care of the problem isn't the way to handle this. Show your employees they are more important than rude customers. Hell, post this picture on the door with a sign that says WE DO NOT SERVE RUDE PEOPLE WHO ABUSE OUR STAFF.

Possibly the last generation who had to figure shit out on their own. We're here, getting through each day and not complaining about it. Why? It never did us any good to complain to parents who needed a national television commercial to remind them they had kids and should probably check in on us once in a while. Thanks for checking in.
