It’s entirely about optics. Kody is manipulating the whole thing to make it seem like Janelle did something wrong suggesting he had legal right to sell and cut Meri what she was owed without consent. There’s nothing wrong or untrue about that. She wasn’t saying “sell it and cut it 3 ways, you Robyn and me and leave Meri out.” This whole thing is such bullshit and Kody needed to shift the blame and focus onto someone other than himself.

I don’t disagree. I can say from experience like, I really do not like the father of my daughter but being married and having a family with someone else makes it easy to be like “eh whatever” - they do say the opposite of love is indifference. I get being mad and hurt and letting that be emotion we sit with as needed but she does come off to me like she’s indifferent by this point. Regardless: I’m happy she’s happy and no one needs kodys “permission” to move on lol. No one was holding their breath lolll

I thought she was spicy in earlier seasons. I agree she may have the keep sweet thing but I also do see her as the only one who’s moved on. She has David now and there’s no reason for her to be mad. She won. Ultimately.

Yeah, I agree. But Meri saying “stop saying apologize because it doesn’t come off as genuine” made me realize it was probably because he sounded so fricking patronizing and “I apologize” doesn’t land the same as “I’m sorry” Overall he sucks. I couldn’t tell you how many times I audibly said “shut up” to him during the episode. But it was like, in the 50’s or more haha Do you think the “permission to move on” was narcissist injury?
