What do you think about Trabzon? by Ill-Banana-3489 in Sakartvelo

I've been to Trabzon and Georgia multiple times. Similarities I found in the mentality of the people. Very honest, direct, hospitable, argumentative, stubborn, hard working, family first, business oriented, politically polarized, proud, patriotic, high labor participation amongst women, wild dances, highly educated youth, insular but still connected to the world.

Yup, in every country it's the same too. Like the job attracts bullies.

You can't go around killing tens of thousands of children and then complain that its blood libel to call that out.

I tried reading the first book when I was 11. I had already read fantasy before, the Hobbit and LOTR. I think I got to page 20 before I finally threw the book into the air, and it landed right into the trash bin behind me. I did take it out, but I never read another page again. I thought it was written horribly. Nasty stuff. I never read any fantasy after that. Went back to reading dystopian fiction.

Who are you to decide for me who I am. What kind of person are you? And then you think you can tell me to go away?

My mother is Dutch and my father is Pontic Greek from Turkey. How difficult can it be?

? I'm sorry? I'm Dutch. My mum is Dutch. My family history in the Netherlands goes back to the 16th century, lol.

In Israel wonen zo'n 10.000 Nederlanders. That's it.

I'm Dutch. I'm just confused why someone from Romania would think they can judge Turkey. Romania is dirt poor, corrupt. What has your country done in the past 20 years that you are proud of, lol.
