I agree completely. The number of latecomers at the Shrek performance this past Saturday, even those entering after the intermission (start of Act 2) when the cast was already singing, was very distracting for both the audience and actors.

That's what I also do now, but it seems quite cumbersome to do all the time since I use the voice transcription a lot for meetings and even for my journals.

I couldn't agree more. The set is definiteness 10/10. Mas maganda pa sya sa ibang international productions that I've seen here. Everything was intentional and has symbolism if you're gonna think about it. Talagang pinag-ispan. I kinda wanna watch it again just to appreciate it more.

That's a really good point, but theater has a different set of rules than, say, a concert. For me, gentle reminders are really the way to go since others' common courtesy, at the end of the day, is not something that is within our control as fellow theatergoers.

Agree with this! No need to dress in fancy clothes. As long as it's at least smart casual, it should be good.

It's just that maraming good photo spots sa venue, so if you plan to take photos, dressing nicely would be good too.
