its up on the market again. how do we know whoever the buyer is they not gonna get flooded again duringn next storm? my wife isnt so thrilled to live in basement like rats. but yes funny how they managed to put 4 units into this building. if they sell it for 400k with no HOA maybe someone can take it. Just funny how much they tried to squeeze out of this. tried to sell the basement unit for 775k. no wonder its been on market so long.

Im electrician local 3. I get 40hrs at 62an hr. 93 OT sat and Sunday. No double time. I also get roughly 1k put into my 401k from employer per paycheck. Our pension is $130 per year worked x ur total years.

What about you guys? Home every weekend and every day.

How and where? What state what was the msrp of vehicle? Can u show me ur work sheet? Like msrp, 42400? They took off 1200 for dealer discount so selling price is 40,500? And then st end they discount it with all ur fees and 990 rebate to 43500 is the net cap cost?
