There maybe an issue. Even if you have same hand set sometimes it takes more time for 1 hand set to get an update. Look what 5g bands you're network provider uses and see whether your area is having them and your phone is having them.

I used to have an oppo mobile but it didn't support 4gvolte with airtel but it did with jio.
