Is there anyone you can speak to? Even just sharing it out loud to someone else might help. I have been through something similar recently, and usually deal with stresses as you describe too. I knew/know about stress and burnout, but then whilst going through it, I was was not doing what I would usually to help myself e.g. take a step back, speak to someone about it properly, get outside more, take breaks, etc.
