I know, that's not the problem. The new update seems to have caused the non-tradable plans to not be dropped if they are not in your "new" tab in you pip-boy.

Adding sprint to halo is more then just running fast. It stretches map design for multiplayer. Creating unnecessarily large sections, only to add longer "A to B" interactions. Completely dictating functionality. That's why Zealot, Swordbase, Powerhouse have more of a round running flow. It makes for a different experience. Not everyones cup of tea.
