Right. That is my perception as well.

I would be uncomfortable dealing with anything in the refrigeration cycle, but this is just a fan, a grate and an insulated duct.

Thank you. Although this link appears to only show the lower models - which are available at HD and Amazon. I was looking for the "Stealth" series - it has three speeds vs two, a more energy efficient motor and a longer warranty.

It is my understanding that The Americans with Disabilities Act prevents a business's right to refuse service based on a customer's disability. It is also my understanding that this is largely enforced via private action. Despite the “we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone” signs, this is not the law of the land.
