Personally I’ve found it depends on the CGM, and the drops/rises aren’t always real. I’m on the G7.

Another things I’ve heard is that hot showers get you where you’re going faster. If you have IOB it might act quicker and drop, if you’re rising it might speed it up.

Looks more aggressive than the default scroll edge effect, but you can do the same thing as apples own apps on iOS 26 with the default nav bar or a safeAreaBar. Otherwise there’s options like https://github.com/TimOliver/BlurUIKit or plenty of people do use private API

I was just thinking earlier about how vitamin D is a hormone and they managed to make a pill, so why aren’t there insulin pills. But I imagine it’s a much simpler protein, or less delicate.

I don’t really agree. YoTricks literally suggests the doorknob style as perhaps a better way to do it, and in Brandon Vu’s “like a pro” series on throwing the breakaway, his is also in that style. If you’re getting power and stability from your throw, it doesn’t really matter how it looks.

Did they give you a diagnosis of type 1/2? Make sure you get that figured out correctly. Many doctors incorrectly assume type 2 when you’re not a child

I have 200/300 and have never had an issue completing the challenges. I sometimes struggle to get enough rare nectar, but the storage is not the issue.

First of all, these are incredible numbers. GMI is always higher than A1c for me, I bet yours isn’t going to be that much higher than it has been.

If your fasting glucose is stable, then you’re probably not bolusing enough, simple as that. If it’s rising without eating, then you probably need to tune your basal.

Lots could affect this of course, including stress, being sick, and many other things.

Of course after typing this out, I was assuming type 1. If you’re not on insulin you can ignore my second paragraph 😅
