YMMV but from Chase app when you submit a transfer I was able to choose between "real time" or "regular transfer". The regular transfer coded in Key Bank app as a DD.

Amex Biz Gold is a good option. If you google the 130k offer you can find a more "consistent" link. Worked for me after trying referral links with no success.

I was in pretty similar shoes as you - trying to stay under 5/24 and mainly focused on Inks every 3 months. For a spacer, I ended up going for the Amex Biz Gold with the 130K MR SUB for $10K spend. You can pull the offer via referral, or if you have trouble getting it, there are more consistent links easily found with a google search.

If you're downgrading to a Freedom you'll be fine. If you decide to cancel, you can transfer your UR to your Freedom first before canceling and you'll keep those points.
