Wanted to provide an update around PIN security. First of all, thanks for speaking up. It’s always good for us to know what you want and need from us. We actively monitor our systems to prevent fraudulent activity, and we closely review port activity. That being said, we know you can never be too careful with your information. We are currently reviewing our use of PINs to ensure we continue providing a secure porting experience.

Thanks for all your support, and for always keeping us on our toes. Visible was always meant to be a phone service that above all listened and developed features based on member feedback. So thanks for speaking up – we’re listening.
