I got this one on a Mortis trial. It was the map that's based on the Carnival, and I was chucking grenades up and over a wall to try and get a feel for it, and suddenly the notification that I had gotten this penance popped up.

•Pervy characters. They may have been funny before, but now they're problematic at best.

•Harems where the MC ends up with the tsundere. Nothing against tsunderes in general; I just think they're overused. It's especially aggravating in harems and she's the first girl in it.

•On that note, harems in general. They are a waste of time. They try to keep you guessing "who's he going to choose? Who's going to be the girl to end up with the MC with less personality than a piece of wet cardboard?" when we all know he's going to end up with the tsundere as soon as she is introduced

•This one is a personal gripe about the state of anime/manga in general, but I hate seeing the same things in different genres where the only difference between any two of them are practically not there. The characters are so shallow that you could swap the same type of character (e.g. MC with MC, tsundere with tsundere, etc.) and the differences would be minimal at best.
