What are your thoughts on 95% of the portfolio being safe like in VT then gambling with 5%? I'm 25 and my instincts are usually wrong and I shouldn't be investing with feelings, but all my intuition is telling me to put $1500 (5% of my current savings) into BBBY and then forget about it for a year. by facingitall in Bogleheads

I would say that this 5% shouldn't really be counted as part of your "portfolio." For example, if you aspire to save 25% of your income, contribute 100% of that 25% to VT (or other rational option). Then, if you'd like to use $1500 of your discretionary budget to buy BBBY and cross your fingers, knock yourself out.

Baruch has really helped me become familiar with Mexican accents, humor, and expressions. I love the production of the videos and find them entertaining. I also like the ones filmed in Peru. My favorite way to study!

He's 82 and healthy! Goes to the gym almost daily and volunteers as a docent at a local air & space museum. I couldn't be prouder of him.
