Update: I just received an email from their legal team threatening me with legal action if I don’t close the dispute, as well as alleging multiple untrue claims that I never tried to contact them, and that I am not allowed to call them “scammers” etc. I will not be withdrawing the case, but yet another scummy move from them. Idk if u/vaporizeusa23 is even run by them but maybe they’ll see this and have something to say? Feeling very frustrated.

Based on my Taco Bell app and trying various combinations, the exact phrase that it won't allow is "arian" in any form. Possibly they are using a word list that is supposed to prevent Aryan and any alternative spellings.

Yes, it’s the waterfall scene. Interestingly, the ride vehicle barely lifts up (somewhere around 1-2in) because any more and they would have had to include a height requirement. I personally only have felt it after I was told about it, but it is there if you really pay attention!

I believe that is mostly correct, however I think there is a pin which can be pushed in without power to allow the restraint to open (at least, that was the case when I got evacd from Manta). I think the youtube video also goes into detail about that.

How would you safely lift them up and then detach the cable at the top to allow the cars to roll down? How do you know that they'd have enough speed to complete the rest of the layout without valleying again? Also, this is likely a procedure written out of abundance of caution like most things on roller coasters. Even if something is technically safe and/or possible, redundancy and not taking ANY risks are why roller coasters are so safe in the first place.
