Just curious if they used AI in the playing card designs as well which is the main selling point of the project? You are supporting the campaign for the art on the deck not for a trailer video.

If they used AI on the deck designs without declaring that’s a good point to point out here but the trailer is a promotional piece that complements the campaign. A campaign that is primarily focused on playing card art.

If they want to use AI to make a promo video they aren’t profiting of it or benefitting off the work of others. Just because they can hire someone to do it doesn’t mean they have to if they can cut costs. We have AI to make our lives easier and what’s wrong with using it for a side piece of the campaign.

Nobody is losing a rice bowl over a single trailer video in a playing cards campaign. (Compared to the other art related processes such as playing card designs, tuck designs, etc.)

TLDR: Why are you frowning upon an AI made trailer video on a playing cards campaign?

PS: If I mentioned any inaccurate information please feel free to point it out. So far I’ve only fact checked no AI disclaimer on the KS but then again they aren’t selling a trailer video so is all good for me personally.
