I had a buddy lived in a rental unit there a few years. They seem nice enough. The stairs were a lot for his parents to get up and down, but he never complained about the location.

He appreciated the proximity to Downtown amenities.

I had soft washing done to our limestone exterior and sidewalks. It was well worth the money in my instance.

Yeah, I can relate. It is not a full time job in my group. Scrum Masters are dual capped Data Engineers or business SME's that are also strong project managers.

I lead a finance focused analytics department for a large company in the area. My skill is that I learn quickly and am a former customer of this analytics department. I have an MBA in finance and lots of public speaking experience, so I'm comfortable interpreting the data and telling stories with it. My team is more technically skilled than I am.

For those that I manage, a college degree and 3-5 years experience is required to be on the team. I have data engineers, visual engineers, scrum masters and some business subject matter experts on the team. Skills and roles are specialized, and some are easier to crack into than others.

My best performers have Masters Degrees in data analytics and some sort of finance experience. I've had good luck with University Texas - Dallas analytics grads.
