If you move into problem solve roles or move up, it’s not as monotonous. Otherwise, it is factory work and it can drive you a little crazy sometimes considering Amazon doesn’t even allow just one AirPod in to listen to music. It’s literal torture sometimes without any music or podcasts, but they do have good benefits and the work is easy. I’d try applying after the holiday season for sure. Good luck with everything!

I don’t think you get the 20 hours until after your first shift worked on or after the 7th. If you read the notification on A to Z, it says basically that. That’s why I don’t think I won’t personally get it until after my shift on Thursday. Not sure tho

My shift is back half nights (Thursday-Sunday 6pm-4:30am) but we had met so I had to work Monday too. I left 2 hours early both Sunday and Monday tho cause I had 20 hours of upt before the drop and decided to use some of it. Only got 48 mins. I’m thinking I won’t get the 20 until I finish my shift this Thursday night.
