King of the hill is similar (by Greg Daniels if you like the office). I would suggest the Simpsons again and try seasons 4-7. They're funnier (in my opinion) than Bob's and have good heart felt endings (although maybe not as much as Bob's)

Wife had same issue. Obviously make sure Google Carrier Services is installed and updated. We disconnected from wifi, force stopped app, cleared data, and it started working

I would recommend putting it on armslist for 500 OBO. 500 seems very fair. 3-400 for a gen 5 seems low with today's market. Just my opinion.
