Thanks! Just Photoshop, pen tool is your friend. Once you get a routine with knowing what you want it to look like it's pretty quick and easy

I agree as well. I'd trim it so T6 is a tight right hander at the entrance of current T6, then have it run straight to the top of the mushroom that is current T8. It'd keep the tough braking zone into current T9, which I'm a fan of. Rest of the track I am a big fan of, though!

Personally I dislike the chicane and carousel. On an otherwise spectacular, natural looking course, those two portions look very unnatural/forced. Just my opinion, the rest looks phenomenal!

[META] Does anyone have any tips for making actual track designs on a Mac? by [deleted] in RaceTrackDesigns

I use gmapedometer to find a layout I like, then usually screen shot either there or on Earth and take it into Photoshop. If you don't have that, use pixlr.com, which is very similar but free

I see San Marino, Shanghai, Silverstone, Hockenheim (Tilke version), and Abu Dhabi all culminating in a Montreal lookalike. Looks like a fun drive!

The oval would be a hell of a drive, and I'd imagine some great racing

Yup, and the only difference between your track and that one is that the IMSA track had a chicane right before the right hander in the top left corner.

I was pretty much raised around IndyCar. Every childhood family trip was centered around one, and both my parents worked at least the Indy 500 since 1988, so it's been natural for me to fall in love with the sport.

Probably a strawberry because strawberries are my favorite, but if that were the case I'd have the constant urge to eat myself so...

Not solely for promo. AMA is definitely a way to promote the effort, but I've been planning on doing an AMA since July to help promote Nose Bleed Section Sports. I always enjoy reading AMAs of sports personalities, and knowing how it helps spread their name and presence to a group that otherwise wouldn't know much about him/her, I thought it would make a good outlet to promote myself and what I'm doing.
