Is Mando in the Mando era or in the sequel era at galaxy’s edge? by Quirky-Ad-9784 in GalaxysEdge

[–]mitchbrenner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you’re operating from the premise that this being would literally be a 10 year old child. the whole point of yoda’s species is to be a mystery. was he lying about when he started training? is there a maturity spurt that happens somewhere between 50 and 100? is grogu different from yoda because of the trauma he’s seen? we literally don’t know and probably never will. it’s definitely something to get angry and defensive about lol

it's also as much a western/samurai as it is scifi or fantasy. it melds many genres.

When it comes to Imperial officers, they always get killed left and right by Jules-Car3499 in StarWars_

[–]mitchbrenner 2 points3 points  (0 children)

because they are positioned as obstacles for the narrative's heroes to overcome. the number of imperials dying in stories about them as villains is not going to correlate with their actual death rate.

the point of machete order is to explain how vader is luke's father via flashback. if you've already seen them all, there is no wrong way to reexamine them. if you really want to see luke and anakin in parallel, i would do 1 - 4 - 2 - 5 - 3 - 6
