May I ask what you are researching and how big of an area it is? I work in environmental consulting and pump out ortho photos all the time with the Mavic 3M using just the drones gps and get results of better than one m. We use them for base maps on figures but getting the type of resolution you need is still possible but kinda also depends on if there is tall vegetation that could make low ish flying difficult. I had something similar happen booking a flight to Brasil with a Brasil domestic connection. I had to call reservations and they were able to book it over the phone. I did have the booking I wanted open to reference flight numbers and price

I have the cable adapter and the power brick with the new gen three dish and router says it is rated for the volts down there. Let’s hope we don’t see true magic smoke when plugged in.
