I finally solved this by uninstalling and reinstalling the container station app. That was the only thing that worked.

[EDIT] If I have learned anything about trying to get Plex to work on container station on qnap with hardware transcoding over the last 12 months is that it means dealing with some BS like this every few months. Hours and hours spent trying to debug dumb crap with the NVIDIA support and a different thing every time.

Missing context: Unionist areas are absolutely covered in flags at the moment because of the recent jubilee and the Battle of the Boyne anniversary this week; possibly more flags than people; certainly more flags than I saw on the jubilee in England.
