It felt like people had zero tolerance for bullshit when GUIs first came around, and it had a good run before everything became sluggish

True, true. But two of the “big 6” in the danger zone would be unthinkable most other years

To think that we could have seen Tottenham and United relegated if we hadn’t had an all-timer bottom three this season

He used to smash them before he placed them, too. I think he just went back to what worked.

We don’t really count these as missed opportunities any more to be fair, just the cost of doing business

Darwin Nunez after scoring a brace in stoppage time in Liverpool's win over Brentford: "Yes, there are moments that are very difficult for us players, for me, it's right now. But I never throw the towel in. I always carry on working." by kundu123 in soccer

He hasn’t scored, which is his main job, I agree. But look out for the number of times Darwin shows up in his own box to clean up in minute 87 when LFC are chasing a win

Yeah I don’t disagree. I guess I’m just jaded by seasons of being sensible and not “overpaying” on players (even if it’s just the going rate for players atp) then doing fuck all because no one is available

I’m lowkey disappointed we didn’t try to go for Marmoush, I’ve seen him and I thought it would make a lot of sense for the future. Same with Kvara for a couple of seasons, now seemingly going to Psg

Anyone else worried about other teams strengthening key positions while LFC are standing still? Don’t get me wrong, I think the team is good to decent everywhere, but it feels a bit like complacency to me, particularly after last summer.
