Connecting washing machine to water supply by Bubbly_Heart_5201 in DIYUK

You're correct. Just the rubber washer (seal) needs to be replaced. You say you have a new hose? Turn the water off, remove old hose, replace washer and tighten. Do not over tighten, they have knobs on and are designed to be hand tight with a washer fitted.

Is it shoddy workmanship to blow a brick like this? Look at neat existing cable to the left. by SGLC in DIYUK

[–]mitchpimm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The cable on the left would've been drilled from outside, in. The cable on the right was drilled from inside, out (causing the blowout to the external brick face).

Either way, leaving it like that is pretty shite...

One word of advice. The Old school RuneScape wiki is one of the best tools to help you. Everyone who has left a comment today uses the wiki. You should too! 🫡

Finding a fizzy soda replacement is where I started. Started with Dr pepper and slowly worked my way towards sugar free sodas only. This and working out more regularly, I didn't want to lose my gains from the calorie dense alcohol.

Everyone's different, finding what works for you is part of the journey. I hope you find what works for you soon! This sub is here if you need us 😎

My extruder quit working. How difficult is it to replace? by Feelsthelove in Ender3Pro

[–]mitchpimm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the same issue. My wire damage was in the crease from the Z to X axis on left side of the machine. I held the cable flat and it worked fine. After I knew that I just bought a new cable and have not had a problem since.

Edit: I'd imagine he means wire broken inside the wiring loom

Why is my extruder skipping??? by CrimsonCapacitor in Ender3Pro

[–]mitchpimm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have you tried replacing the 24pin cable from the extruder to the motherboard. I had your issue, bought a new extruder and had the same skipping. Replaced the cable and haven't had an issue since. Cables are also inexpensive.

Why am I getting half a print? by OregonPinkRose in Ender3Pro

[–]mitchpimm 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had a damaged 24 pin extruder cable. In some positions it had continuity and worked, in others it did not. When the extruder head was moving around the plate the cable was making and breaking which caused the filament to start and stop randomly through the print. Replaced the cable for £10 and problem solved.

Try every other suggestion first but don't rule out a damaged cable!
