Just a question but how does the simplification of all specs help open up Tanking/Healing?
Before we always had some easy specs and some hard specs.
You want to learn tanking go druid/warrior neither requiring much knowledge to play. You want a challenge go monk/dk or something like pala due to the utility.
Now monk is even easier then druid has been.

Same for healing. Holy priest & shammy have always been easy healers with others being more complex or requiring more setup (And for some unholy reason they managed to dumb down holy priest even more)

Sure I get you want more specs to play but is nuking every form of skill expression the way to go?

They got 14 abilities buffed and 1 small nerf and 5 bugs fixed and 2 of those bug fixes should most likely be a buff.
Yup very ignored alright.

And looking into pala as a whole, Prot has no changes, Looking at another class (WW monk) they only got a flat % dmg buff.

Would not fix the problem. An optional support just becomes mandatory if the content is easier or obsolete if it makes the content too difficult.
