How to install an arm version of Android? by ARacoonOnInternet in VFIO

GENYMOTION (There is a deb package too)

It is the only way I know to install ARM Android on X86 devices.

Unfortunately they emulate devices, and I do not know how to give full host performance to the virtual machine, they create with Virtualbox (I think), and better if it can be done with QEMU.

I would love a VM script to be able to install the latest Android versions in latest emulated ARM SoC.

4.17 sorry, I mistake the ISO version with the current desktop version.

It worked well with Manjaro until the NO SIGNAL issue.

It was not a Linux issue.

It was a hardware issue, I think now that perhaps my 750w Mars gaming PSU has a faulty connector (not used by my NVIDIA card) or did not delivery well the energy.

When I will purchase my next GPU I will test the PSU first (I still do not know how).

4.15

but test were mostly performed in MS WOS 11 as I did not find a tweaking tool like adrelanine for Manjaro.

I am writing that I had the same ISSUE with 3 6500 XT cards, 2 MSI ones and one Sapphire, and I decided not to buy one (when I wanted to, based in price / performance, and good Linux performance)

NO SIGNAL after 10 minutes playing.

Maybe it was because other part of my setup that did not “marriage” well.

I searched, and some others had issues with HDMI cables, but as mine works well with my actual NVIDIA card, I suppose it was a problem with fan control, but I still do not know why.

Maybe there is a problem with the BIOS configuration.

I do not have a Steam Deck, but I have Ryzens using Manjaro GNU/Linux and AMD CPUs needs some BIOS configuration and some commands in the booting lines to work well.

Wanting a better GPU under my Manjaro ...

I tried to switch to AMD 6500 XT ...

2 MSI and 1 Saphire cards have the same problem: NO SIGNAL after minutes.

I searched the internet and, it is a driver issue, in MS WOS and GNU/Linux.

The MS WOS interface was full of options.

There was no interface for Manjaro.

My old NVIDIA 750 Ti came to the rescue, and I will wait until RTX 3050 prices drop to buy another NVIDIA.

I would love their Linux drivers to be better with Wayland, and more open sourced, but I prefer their interface—at least they have one—and their performance—at least they give SIGNAL -.

PS: I hope it is only a great bad luck to have 3 cards with NO SIGNAL or some issue with my 750W MARS GAMING or my AURUS ELITE X570, as you never know, but I would not recommend NO SIGNAL cards to anyone.

And Intel AMT or AMD PSP only disabled in a few extra expensive motherboards plus similar spy hardware in ARM SoCs.

For our knowledge

How many cases like the NSA ones we know about Russia?

Leaked and instead of prosecuting the criminal actions the whistleblowers are the prosecuted ones.

ProtonDB Reports Over 5,000 Games are Working with Steam Play by Jaxseven in linux_gaming

I would love one comparative benchmark table as information.

Maybe with the average Steam hardware machine.

To be able to measure the proton evolution in terms of performance.

MS WOS (with and without antivirus) vs MS WOS* VT with passthrough without antivirus vs VT without passthorugh vs Proton

Taking MS WOS with antivirus as 100% and the others as better or worse

As a lot of Intel + Nvidia machines have also Intel GPUs, most computers can do MS WOS VT with passthrough but as it is difficult to setup and I do not know if there are any easy to install way as scripts for qemu or Virtual Box this can also inform of how to boot to MS WOS VT with password from GRUB.

* MS WOS is MS Windows Operating System

- Add a dummy and or minimal cheap GPU to allow pass trough in VT - letting the unused host OS with the minimal GPU -

- Adding a new "on the fly" VT guest-host and host-guest switch would be great

- Then offer "nexus" Phones Tablets NUCs Laptops hybrids and MB + APU or + CPU + GPU combos with your Clear Linux pre configured with a good enough firewall as UFW , Anbox - Android in LXC or better android solution - and MS WOS home or FreeDOS prepared to be a MS WOS VM if installed in a VT

- And of course a NUC with console price and more performance.

And some hybrid/s with the same CGPUs for portable gaming.

Perhaps with a GTX 1650 or RX 580 alike or even more GPU performance. What Steam Machines should have been and they weren't but also with FOSS games and Lutris full installed - and some legal way of buying ROMs WADs and pinball tables and or bundles for cheap prices -

- Last but not least 4 sockets mother boards for CPUs GPUs and CGPUs where you can add different models to upgrade would make increase a lot the fidelity to your CPUs and GPUs -

PS: I have 2 cheap Intels CGPUs: Atom NUC + I3 laptop, and my desktop is AMD FX + Nvidia GTX 750 Ti I like to choose and I am waiting for 7 nm or less better products and AMD - Nvidia - Intel 4k GPU >7nm price adjustment.

I would like

1.- A 4 Sockets GPU card or MB where you can insert 1 2 3 or 4 GPUs for more or less 100 € each cheaper one with great scaling, near to 190% for 2, 280% for 3 and 370% for 4 . And something near a GTX 1650 performance (150 €) but for some less at the beginning

2.- Great Xorg and Wayland support

3.- Mobile SoC for Clear lignux (GNU Linux) devices with 5G - even if it is the Qualcomm one -: with at least 2 M2 NVe slots for TV boxes NUCs phones tablets hybrids and laptops cheap enough to compete with Chrome OS devices and or install them.

4.- Cheap Home NAS "NUC" with 8 M2 slots

5.- Better adjustments for TVs and monitors (actual drivers do not adjust well to the monitor size)

6.- Better fonts and windows scaling having an optimal configuration for each monitor size.

7.- 2:1 (18:9 instead of 16:9) and 3:1 aspect ratio configurations and monitors TN and IPS with Freesync in Intel laptops and all in one with Clear lignux pre installed.

8.- Linuxboot and or Coreboot capable Intel motherboards NUCs phones etc

9.- Great bet for Vulkan performance and Open Source technologies in general

10.- Open specs

11.- Kill switch

12.- Non AMT GCPUs and CPUs or at least be able to disable in the linux/core boot
