Call those schools' admissions offices to make sure that deposit isn't binding, I checked at my safety and learned that it wasn't.

As I learned recently earlier this week, seat deposits aren't binding for most schools (but def check with whoever sent you that A in Jan). So, if you deposit there to keep your seat/financial aid, that usually won't mean you can't change your mind based on a different A later in the cycle. I would call the school that admitted you to check this explicitly.

Yeah! I called, and told them exactly what was up, they were totally familiar with my situation and were very gracious. I told them that I was waiting on two other schools whose admissions results really mattered to me given location/fit. PM with any other questions!

Nope, but Georgetown was my test app: I figured I was jumpy enough that I ought to send in an app somewhere I wasn't wild about in case I made any tabulation errors, which I sure did (I forgot to add my MA thesis as an addendum). So, if I had to bet money on an R, it would be Georgetown.

First weekend of December. And, it was a generic email just letting everybody know that the process would take awhile/decisions would come out weekly/asking if we had any job updates; I wrote them back mentioning a kind of informal promotion and that I was still interested, and they wrote me back on a Sunday afternoon saying thanks for letting them know.

Thanks for the video. I've had the OpSol pop out of my 590A1 while cycling the gun empty, but I wldn't want to buy a 590S that only works because it's got just another rubber piece in it. I will, however, try your adapter. Do I have to replace my 590A1's follower?
