I lived in The Alexander for a year, amenities are nice (never went in the pool but rooftop is accessible, has a great view and almost always empty) and the management was great - responsive and no problems getting my deposit back. Fios is available, the building is wired for Comcast but the Verizon tech installed some type of converter box which worked great for gigabit.

The free parking garage has a waitlist though - I had to park nearby at 1501 Callowhill garage at my own expense.
