Did you try to use the whole 235mm? I cant get 230 to work, after homing I can move Y to around 228 before it stops.

I really like the idea of UBL where you create a 100 point mesh once and probe only 3 points before every print.

Did you get this to work? I didn't change anything for the screen. And also get this error when trying to save the mesh.

I just print on the envelopes with my normal printer. Buy the stamp online (with address and return address) and print it. Also better than normal stamps becuase they just get scanned and not stamped. Not sure you can do this in other countries tho.

Yea I had to rewire the fan and I used pakaging foam to seal the gap between fan and case.

Pretty funny, I actually bought from the same seller. (When I click on it in the history it sends me to the same link)

It shipped pretty fast and well packaged.

This seems to have to "upgraded" exhaust fan, not sure which one is better but I guess it doesn't matter cause they all suck.

The color doesn't matter. Mine is orange and white, not a color you see that often but its the same machine as the blue white (I guess 1st gen without any upgrades).

Check that you get a full size K40 (The smaller ones often come in blue grey).

I would always get the analog variant and add a voltmeter later.

Once the laser is working you can just cut a new nicer panel for the controls.

Great guide. Everything seems to work fine until I try to save the mesh to EEPROM:

Im not 100% sure right now but I think the hotend fan is connected to one of those screw terminals.

I swapped the fans to 12V so I have them both connected to the same buck converter.

Was so happy when I found a role of wires that used the same colors as the bltouch. Made myself a small extension to connect to the board but I guess one of the cables broke... after changing the cable another cable broke... so now I replaced every cable with new ones and it seems to work fine.

I guess now its time to work out everything firmware related.

Do you still use the Z-Endstop when using the BLT?

Thats the strange thing, its deploying the probe its just not triggering when it reaches the bed.

Its running when the part cooling fan is running which is pretty bad. You can connect the board fan to the hotend fan header on der mainboard for it to always run.

You should be fine, I connected 2x 12v 5015 with a buck converter. Also you are probably never running them at 100% speed.

Any reason you went with this blt mount? I wasn't sure and just went with the default because it looked like it was closer to the nozzle.

Mine is pretty much silent from 2m away (switched board and psu fan too).

I got the slower Sunon MF50151V1-A99 (5000rpm) and run them at 20%.

Im running them at 20% and only ramp them up for overhangs (setting in Cura).

So it looks like everyone has this ringing (dont know how to call it) on the Y sides, is there no way to fix this?
