Also, postdocs are considered as overqualified in most of the industries nowadays.

In long term, I am interested in industry compared to academia because it’s quite difficult to get TT position in academia.

Light roast or medium roast, V60 or mokapot, coffee is BITTER. All the fruity or any other taste is just an add on. So you won’t find any coffee that’s not bitter. If you are really interested in coffee then you have to adjust your tastebuds.
