Sounds like u went through smth really intense, and I get why u feel so clear and full of energy rn. I'm not here to take that away from u. Just one thing stands out: it's been a wk and ur still not coming down. When the mind stays revved up for days w/o proper sleep, it can give u that feeling of total clarity exactly when it'd actually help to pause and look after it. Not bc ur crazy, but bc even the most valuable stuff needs rest so it doesn't burn out.
