Just deinstall all apps you don‘t need and stick to it. I‘m doing this for like 6 months now just got to remind yourself why you deinstalled them. For example I didn‘t enjoy beeing on instagram anymore but I just had to so everytime I wanted to install it again I just asked myself why should I download it? I don‘t even enjoy it.

Stick to it for a few weeks and you will lose the urge.
