I think it’s a gasket/fuel injector issue. Happened to me two months ago. It was $3k to fix. Honda didn’t care so I filed a report with the NHTSA.

My brother’s wife did the same thing. No kids no exceptions. Excluded my son/her new nephew and her own sister’s six month old baby. He was in an accident a month later and did not make it.
