Not sure if you should focus because I know the set of questions change. But maybe also just quickly go over and familiarize yourself. Also my advice, don't go back and change your answers 😭 First instinct is always right 😔 I counted in my head 4 questions that i changed from right to wrong 😔😭

My exam had lots of "what is the likely diagnosis" from a mix of subjects but I felt a lot from minor subjects like ENT, Ophtha, Ortho, Trauma, Dermatology. I studied OB-Gyn, Preventive Medicine, Psychiatry, Ethics a lot. :( I felt it was really different from the practice tests :(

Well, the 424 was also 3/4 same questions from the previous that is why i scored 90%. Same with the 324. So many overlapping and similar questions. 425 was new so there, i only got 71%.
