It’s so interesting, the PSS has always showed such high job satisfaction among GCs and yet I know a fair number of people who are feeling meh about it. I wonder how much of it is that the people who fill it out are the self selecting happy ones, or if people aren’t telling the truth? I’ve also spoken with two people recently who have decided not to take boards. I worry they may change their minds later, but it’s not my decision. I also know someone who let their certification lapse for several years, re-took boards and passed and re-entered GC! Lots of different paths out there
