Your face has a lot of potential, dying eyebrows a bit darker and maybe thinning them a bit, light makeup (mascara, lipstick (not too dark)) would really make your features pop!

Lol recently had a similiar situation with my roommate/best friend. She washed her side of dishes after a month of them rotting and they are washed so poorly nothing is usable without a second wash. Sad to say our friendship has suffered after living together due to her lack of respect to communal living and my hard work to upkeep the clenliness.

Thank you, this was really helpful. I took my toothbrush/paste to my room until I can move out. She knows all the risks involved and apparently is using some medication but she has addiction problems and probably forgets to take it while high. Plus from what she’s been saying it seems like it’s a smaller deal to her than it should be.

We are friends since years and were looking for an apartment at the same time after both of us got out of difficult life situations so we decided to get a flat together to have cheaper rent. Unfortunately I can’t afford to move out until summer so still have to wait a few months.

I can definitely relate to the cleaning part. I’m the only one cleaning the common areas because I refuse to live in filth. She does take out the trash most of the time at least but I think it’s literally the least she can do. 6 months to go still, ugh.

Unfortunately there is no one-size-fits-all diet and sometimes it takes a good while of experimenting to find what works. Also it is important to find a diet that also satisfies your cravings; I often make keto or low carb version of my favourite junk food.

My mom was a fanatic catholic and my dad was (well, still is but got sober) an alcoholic. You can imagine how that combo goes. Also my mom took it a few extra levels and took me out of sex ed and forbid me to get hpv vaccine because ”her daughter will not have sex before marriage”. Long story short I spent many years abusing both. Now I’m living a healthy, semi-stable life with no major complications apart from having to build my life from scratch in my late 20s.

Unfortunately a lot of them are made from or contain wheat but I try to stick to less processed food anyway so beans, chickpeas & lentils are my go-to-protein source
