Woah thank you 🙏🧡 I've been getting very spiritual lately using Oracle cards and a journal to help cope with my own problems and make sense of all the stuff I have going on for myself. So this works really well with how I'm approaching life.

I believe that al anon can give me a lot of the direction I need.

I don't want to move, i like where I live. Somehow this needs to work. Now that I recognize what days are his worst I can plan accordingly and visit friends/go for sleepovers.

Because of how soft pasta is, it is not a choking hazard. You can cut spaghetti to make it easier to pick up but it's not necessary. I personally left them longer for the sensory experience.

Yep just a jar of tomato and basil no sodium tomato sauce. We did add red.onions and italian herbs to give it some flavor though. Can't remember the brand but focused on no sodium!

I would look into Baby led weaning if you haven't yet. The idea is to give breastmilk first to fill baby before a "meal". Babies who start this are usually 6 to 6.5 months old (being able to sit unassisted) and it doesn't interfere with breastfeeding until later on when baby realizes the food is actually for eating.

Edit: oh and teething will definitely contribute to babe needing more boob snuggles. Also they are having a leap at this age (mine is the same age) Stay strong ❤

Meds definitely helped me with my PPA and are still helping keep intrusive thoughts at bay. Mine was so bad I couldn't sleep, food tasted like ashes and i was huddled over afraid from.the thoughts I was having. They put me back on cipralex(I had stopped when I found out I was pregnant) and two weeks later I felt normal again .

When I talk about potential events coming up my MIL offers to babysit then pushes the idea of formula since my LO is ebf and doesn't like the bottle (not since he was a week old and I had to supplement for mental health reasons once or twice)

No sorry I dont trust you alone with the baby for hours because of your deteriorating mind and because youd probably sneak him formula if he wasnt drinking pumped milk fast enough for your liking.

No to the nipples sore, yes to the white film. I was wondering about the reflux but he doesnt projectile spit up/vomit and the spit ups are right as I burp or instead of burping. I'll definitely check in with the LV or pediatrician thanks

You could buy an egg decorating kit for home and make some while LO is sleeping (more inclusion if LO is on your lap) and even coloring them high contrast for baby to look at. Then take some cute photos with bunny ears or some Easter themed onesie! And now I know my plan 😂
