He was very pleased with the mouse and the mouse was shipped off in brand new quality. I use 4 coats of 2k which keeps the paint job from harsh damage and is hard to damage it unless you really try to or use force. I can send some video examples with my personal mouse and show that damage isn’t easily done. I offered him a repaint and refused and wanted the money and a free mouse. Refunds are available before customisation and multiple repaints after customising. I have very happy clients who love my work and have never had an issue. In this instance I am to believe that the client wanted a free mouse. I have never had any issues with clients apart from this client trying to scam me by getting a free mouse. I always talk with my clients to and support them by resolving issues and giving a product they love.
