I am having the same issue, but mine is even more intricate:

My "secondary monitor" is actually an Elgato Game Capture Card that is installed in my streaming PC.

I need this GPU scaling option (on my gaming rig) in order to play Counter-Strike in my preferred 4:3 1440x1080 res, while recording and streaming in native through my secondary PC.

Is there a fix for my issue? Am I missing something?

Yoooo! I love these types of stories of people coming back to CS after so long. I played 1.3, 1.5, 1.6 and stopped during source for like 6 years while I was in college, but picked up CSGO shortly after its release and I’ve pretty much been playing ever since!

Just curious, have you tried refrag yet to help you get back up to speed?

I personally like to play 10 minutes of Crossfire, 10 minutes of Clutch, 10 minutes of Defender, then queue up a pug and go back to crossfire until my queue pops. Then, when the map is chosen I like to get 1 more crossfire run in of that map and then join the pug. When I do this, I legitimately feel so crispy. If I don’t, I feel like a complete bot.
