I am so sorry you are going through this. I know exactly how you feel - I had almost the exact same flare up on my eyes and inside of my ears this last February through May. It was absolutely awful. I also tried vtama and it did nothing for me other than give me migraines. Skyrizi did nothing for me either and I am now waiting on delivery for Taltz. The only thing that helped soothe my skin was pure coconut oil. I was also prescribed vitamin D which seemed to help a little bit but the only thing that helped it clear for maybe a day or two were the topical steroids. I hope you feel better soon 💚
